From an early age, journalism captivated me due to its alignment with my desire to aid others and uphold justice. Concurrently, I developed a deep fascination for mathematics, business, and analytics.

I commenced working at the age of 13, not out of necessity but driven by my independence and eagerness to cultivate diverse skills.

In Venezuela, I spent a decade at Telcel, now Telefónica Movistar, a telecommunications giant, advancing from collections analyst to leading the functional implementation of the SAP Accounts Receivable module. I oversaw a team of over 40 professionals across billing, check returns, collections, and affiliated stores.

Upon immigrating to the United States, I quickly grasped individuals’ diverse paths to arrive in this beautiful country and the challenges of mastering a new language. This realization fueled my commitment to communicate, inform, and educate the Hispanic community—an honor I embraced with enthusiasm.
